Delete your Ashen Siege account

You can delete your Ashen Siege account and the data tied to it at any time, in the game or on this page. Ashen Siege is made by Ashen Siege.

In the game

  1. On the main menu, open Settings (the gear button).
  2. Open the Account tab and tap Delete my account.
  3. Tap Delete forever, then confirm with the Apple or Google sign-in you play with.

Without the game

Play with a Google account? Sign in with it here and your account is deleted straight away. You do not need the app.

Signed in with Apple, or no access to your account?

Delete the account in the game, or email [email protected] with your player name and how you sign in (Apple or Google). We check that the account is yours before we delete it and reply when it is done.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a Mission Pass or Daily Pass subscription, because the App Store or Google Play bills it. Cancel it there first.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: player name, avatar, rating, rank and stats.
  • Your sign-in links to Apple or Google, and every signed-in device.
  • Coins, gems, heroes, items and pass progress.
  • Your match history, friends and friend requests, and ban appeals.
  • The record of the days you played.
  • Your purchase record at RevenueCat, the service that checks our in-app purchases.

What is kept

  • Matches you played stay in other players’ history and in our match log (kept up to 180 days), without your name or player id.
  • If the account is banned when you delete it, a one-way code made from your sign-in and from your name is kept until the ban ends, so a ban cannot be dodged by starting over.
  • Our moderation log keeps the actions taken against the account.
  • Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
  • The store transaction IDs of your gem purchases, with your old account ID, so a purchase can never be credited twice. They carry no name or email.
